In 2004, competitive bids were requested from our management company for a barking project at Kenthill Townhomes. Several estimates were received, generally in the price range of about $8000. After further investigation by the Board, a company was located who agreed to do the job for about$5000. The first day they applied the bark, it was sunny. They were able to use blowing equipment to remove any overspray of bark. However, during the second day of appying the bark, it rained.
