In 2003, our landscaping company expressed concern about the health of our plants and scrubs. In many of our landscaping areas, the roots of plants and trees were exposed. According to the monthly meeting notes, barking had not been done since 1997 [Barking was done in 1998 (see 1998 Annual Meeting minutes)].
