Propane tank

The propane tank on the Easthill property is and always has been since its initial installation used for the heating of the pool. The tank is inspected by the City of Kent Fire Department and the King County Health Department of minimum of once a year. The propane company also assesses it on and approximately bi-weekly basis during fill ups. The propane company will not fill a tank that is in unsafe condition. During every fill up, the tank is checked for leaks or other potential problems. The propane tank on Easthill property does not represent a hazard. It is properly installed and maintained according to all laws and ordinances, and there are safety features incorporated in into the tank and fill systems specifically to ensure safety. There are currently no plans to convert to a different heating source.
